During the design stage, Xiangshan Lianqiang fully utilized advanced CAD/CAM software for 3D modeling and simulation analysis. This technical means not only optimizes the mold structure, but also significantly improves manufacturing efficiency, ensuring that the mold effectively avoids defects such as pores and shrinkage during the filling process. In order to further ensure the scientificity and practicality of the design, the company introduced mold flow analysis software such as MAGMA to accurately simulate the mold filling process to ensure that the final design can perfectly meet the customer's production needs.
Mold materials and heat treatment
The cylinder head mold operates in a high temperature and high pressure working environment, so the choice of materials is crucial. Xiangshan Lianqiang selects high-strength and high-heat-resistant mold steels, such as H13 and P20, to ensure that the mold maintains excellent performance in long-term use. Through precise material selection, we can effectively reduce the loss of molds during the production process and increase their service life.
After the mold is manufactured, the heat treatment process is a key step to improve the hardness and wear resistance of the mold. Xiangshan Lianqiang is equipped with professional heat treatment equipment and a technical team that can implement a variety of heat treatment processes including quenching and tempering. These processes not only enhance the hardness of the mold, but also improve its stability, ensuring the reliability of the mold in harsh environments.
Precision machining and testing
Precision machining of molds is an important part of ensuring product quality. Xiangshan Lianqiang has a number of high-precision equipment such as imported CNC machining centers and large gantry machining centers, which can perform precise milling, drilling and grinding operations. Mold assembly and debugging
After the mold processing is completed, Xiangshan Lianqiang's professional technicians will assemble and debug the mold. During this process, the technicians will carefully check the fit of each component of the mold to ensure that the air and water channels are unobstructed. The mold trial is also crucial. By testing under actual production conditions, we can verify the performance and stability of the mold and ensure its smooth application on the customer's production line.
